Once you've soaked up the ambience, start with Dungeness crab and salmon cakes drenched with lemon beurre blanc and lightly fried seasoned strips of soy curd with a sweet vinegar soy dipping sauce. For main courses braised Idaho lamb shank arrives on a pool of garlic and demi wine glace while a slow roasted and sliced prime rib of pork appears sitting on a bed of cognac apple cream sauce. At dessert time the traditional New York style hazelnut cheesecake finished with crème anglaise may impress.
