Bridge Creek, a picturesque stream that flows into the Boulder River is a special place for Anne and Peter Christ for two reasons. It's the place where they were engaged, and it's the place that lends its name to the chic and inviting Bridge Creek Backcountry Kitchen and Wine Bar in Red Lodge.

Peter believes that a dining experience should engage all the senses and so customers sit around an open kitchen seeing, hearing and smelling the food as it is prepared. The menu features salads, sandwiches, wraps, burgers as well as fresh soups and breads at lunchtime; locally raised all-natural beef and fresh seafood in the evening and Starbucks Coffee throughout the day.

A carefully selected list of 150 selections and 1000 bottles has earned the place six consecutive 'Awards of Excellence' from The Wine Spectator magazine.

Bridge Creek hosts regular events that have made it a popular Red Lodge venue. Banquets for up to 120 people are organised on the second floor that also has an open-air balcony overlooking the historic downtown.
