A main course of Peking duck duo is bursting with flavors, where leg stuffed with pistachios is cooked sous-vide, and is accompanied by pan-seared marinated breast of duck and brandied sour cherry sauce.
The wine list features legendary classics from the highly acclaimed Burgundy and Bordeaux areas in additions to bins from the New World, Italy and Spain.
