Pepper's Grill and Bar is located in the heart of the UFO capital of the world in Roswell, and is just three blocks north of the famous international UFO museum and research center. The venue offers Southwestern casual dining with traditional Mexican dishes, burgers, salads, steaks and baby back ribs, and is a popular meeting and dining place for the after work crowd. From May till October there are themed parties at the alfresco dining area in the patio on Wednesdays and live music on Fridays.

The bill of fare includes starters such as ecargots, a delicacy for garlic lovers, and cheese stuffed jalapenos, breaded and deep fried, and served with sour cream, and grilled flour tortillas stuffed with cheese, green chillies, tomatoes, onions and your choice of spicy chicken, beef, or vegetables, served with salsa and guacamole on the side. Main course features a wide variety of fajitas, burgers, pastas and steaks.
