Red Hills Provincial Dining is a charming little restaurant located in an old, refurbished craftsman style home amidst pleasant surroundings. Owner and head chef Nancy and the knowledgeable staff provide gracious service and create a friendly ambience to enjoy the International cuisine. Guests can relax in the cosy atmosphere with beautiful gardens, leaded glass windows, and a cushioned bench by the fireplace.

The menu changes seasonally but you can expect to find dishes such as halibut, wild mushroom pasta with dark rum and cherry cream, filet mignon with pinot noir demi-glace, seared duck breast with polenta, linguine with pine nuts, chard and pancetta, braished short ribs, and steaks. Desserts include the popular rose and lavender ice creams. A wide choice of wines combines well with the food.
