V Zátisí is a restaurant with a celebrated tradition and a must for a well heeled tourist. It is frequented by locals and expatriates alike who appreciate the finest Czech and international cuisine prepared by chef Milan Hozejs. His specialities are recommended by Michelin 2007 and ranked among the Top ten Czech restaurants by the Grand Restaurant Guide. The new modern and cosy interior carries the trademark of famous designer Barbara Skorpilová. It is inspired by the restaurant's name, which means "still life". With painter's easel, library, plaster flowers, flying candles and gradient illumination it evokes the atmosphere of a painter's atelier.
