Valentino's two-course set menu selection offers homemade pâté, avocado salad with prawns, Italian sausage with spinach and mushrooms, melon and strawberry cocktail with Grand Marnier syrup, grilled salmon cooked in wine with cream and prawns, tortellini with ricotta, spinach and basil and medallions of pork in wild mushroom sauce. If choosing from the à la carte menu expect pancakes stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese, fresh grilled sardines, breast of chicken cooked with red wine, brandy, mustard and demi glace, medallions of veal cooked in wine and topped with ham and cheese, and ribbons of pasta cooked with diced chicken, roast peppers, onions tomato and cream sauce.
