Valley Junction 397 Description

Take an abandoned signal box, add a saloon coach from the Great Northern Railway, spice well and you have what is probably one of the most unusual Indian restaurants in the country. The atmosphere is lively with a good mix of customers, including the local business fraternity. A specialty of the house is chilli chingri masala, super king prawns barbecued and cooked in specialty blended hot spices.

This is an excellent restaurant. I visited with my parents after my university graduation ceremony in July 2008 and had a wonderful evening. The food was superb and so was the service. This place is recommended.

I planned my 30th birthday there with family and friends, a party of 15, instead of a usual party. Everyone had a great time. The food was great, as was the service. I asked for the hottest curry and got it even hotter than phal. However, I ended up with swollen lips but was more then happy. Everyone enjoyed the lovely meal. I recommend the place.
