Vasco & Piero's Pavilion Restaurant Description
This restaurant was started by namesakes Vasco and Piero back in 1970 and though improvements have been made over the years their original concept is still very firmly intact from the twice daily changing menus to the Umbrian sourced produce that keeps loyal customers, from local media types to many a famous face, coming back time after time. The freshly made pasta dishes, like homemade spinach and ricotta tortelloni with butter and sage, and fish options are particularly good here, do try their roast fillet of pork with cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs or grilled breast of chicken with rosemary and garlic.
