Created by the celebrated Portuguese designer of Buddha Bar fame, The Vermilion is a Thai influenced restaurant complimented by a concept bar, The Cinnabar, which is located in the sports city of Manchester on Lord North Street. The glamorous restaurant with its zen-like ambience and ornate carved wall figures, offers a unique blend of Thai and Indian cuisine with mellow Oriental music playing in the background. The restaurant is an ideal venue for public functions and events, as well as private get-togethers, for which comfortable secluded spaces called ?cocoons? have been specially created.
