Some of the delicacies here are a whole fresh lobster, served in spaghetti, tomato, garlic and chilli sauce, lentil and pancetta soup, salmon carpaccio with baby artichokes, dill and olive dressing, and wide pasta ribbons with fresh scallops and prawns in a white wine and green peppercorn sauce.
