Village East features a modern eclectic menu that fits the bill for dinner during the week or a lazy Sunday brunch. Its daily specials are the order of the day. Customers can unwind in spiffy urban chic Manhattan-inspired interiors of exposed brick with bar, lounge and dining areas.

At the bar snack on wasabi peanuts, smoked chicken and foie gras terrine, cocktail Cumberland sausages or natural oysters. An à la carte selection for dinner could include tomato, cumin and feta tart, ginger and chilli pork broth, twice baked smoked haddock soufflé, grilled pork cutlet with spinach purèe, wild mallard with Madeira sauce and grilled lobster with Montpellier butter.
