This relaxed and informal taverna on the Uxbridge Road offers excellent service and a good range of Greek dishes, at sensible prices. The grilled halloumi is particularly good to start with, followed by more elegant delights such as poussin or lobster. The restaurant has been given a major make over recently. There is now air conditioning, which is great in the hot sticky weather. The food is first class and pricing is not as stated £31.00 but nearer to £17 or 18 per head including two glasses of house wine and coffee per person. The staff are friendly and efficient. I live out of London but visit the Vine Leaves two or three times a month. Its a gem of a place and the portions are large but you can have a cat or doggy bag. Also a few celebs use this restaurant. I have eaten there since 1992.
