I must have been there a couple of dozen times in the past seven or eight years. The menu is always varied, and the dishes are of excellent quality, but what it does for us, is that the man (David ) is so passionate about what he does, and, I believe wouldn't send anything out of the kitchen untill he wasn't totally happy with.
