The selection of traditional Italian dishes, along with some inventive modern ones, expands their scope favourably from their former avatar of a pizzeria to a full fledged ristorante.

Chef Carlo Mozzon brings together unusual and conventional dishes in the antipasti list where he has baked ricotta filled with mushrooms along with tender octopus salad. Moving further into the menu, the grilled tuna steak with lemon and mint sauce is as enticing as the creamy seafood risotto.

The coveted and expensive white truffle is available there on request, and waiters will shave this aromatic, enticing and most sought after tuber over select dishes to impart its unique flavour. For dessert, try the chocolate and almond cake or the classic tiramisu. The wine list naturally favours Italy and the champagnes, whites, reds and rosés are available by the glass or bottle.
