My wife and I have visited the restaurant on two occasions.It was our first visit to a Japanese restaurant. We felt the service was very good, a little slow on the first occasion, but that was a busy 8pm on a Saturday night. The food both times was excellent, and no more expensive than most other restaurants in the town centre. We like the relaxed atmosphere when you were not hurried out the door. We would recommend it to anyone, would visit again. It is great for a special occasion.

My partner and I love Japanese food and so were pleased to see this restaurant in reading. Unfortunately, the service was possibly the slowest I've ever experienced and the expense was remarkable considering what you actually got in return. The food itself was ok but certainly not worth the wait/money. Stay well away.
