We went to Wabi on Friday night for my birthday and had a fantastic evening. We started the night with some lovely cocktails in the downstairs bar or dining area. There was really nice buzz in the bar, and more it was like being in London than Horsham. Next, there was a great surprise as my group were taken upstairs and given our own private dining area. We had to take our shoes off as was Japanese tradition! Not being experienced with Japanese food was a little difficult to plan what we should eat but with some help from the waitress we ordered some wonderful food. It was spicy and very tasty. We can't wait to go back either for some fine dining or a casual sushi lunch in the stylish bar area. This place is going to be a real success and great to have it so close by.

Having waited in anticipation for the opening of Wabi for some time, I finally got to try what Japanese food should really taste like! Wow, on going there with high expectations I was so not disappointed! My friend and I went there on Saturday. The buzz there was fantastic, something I haven't yet experienced from a Horsham restaurant. Being a bit unsure on what to order the staff were really pleasant and helpful on explaining what certain dishes were, my favourite being the prawn tempura, so good! The menus looked fantastic and the choice of food on offer was so diverse with something for everyone. Non sushi lovers’ not to fear, there is so many hot delicious dishes to choose from the menu. Make sure to save some room for dessert though because the dougnuts there are scrummy, a must! Overall a fantastic meal which went down a dream with the fabulous rose petal martini which I had. The cocktails there certainly have a good kick! Finally a different and exciting restaurant comes to Horsham - one I will definitely be revisiting. The mood there and standard of food was something I have only had the pleasure of experiencing before in London - a real winner!
