I am a winter Texan and have eaten at your restaurant numerous times each winter. Last night, a Saturday, I went to your restaurant in McAllen and had a chicken fried steak. I was extremely disappointed with it. It was paper thin and overcooked. This is the first time I have been disappointed with your serving in my ten winters in the valley. I should add my wife's hamburger was fine; thanks.
