Surrounded by landscaped gardens, the restaurant overlooks the water feature, and very peaceful it all is. There is a contemporary feel to the food and dishes are not over-complicated. Generosity is the keynote and diners are known to rave about the fillet of Dover sole, filled with asparagus mousse and supported by a tomato hollandaise. House wine at £12.25.
