I'm reluctant to tell you just how special Wellingtons is in case it becomes too popular and I can't get a table. Suzanne and John are wonderful hosts; all their ingredients are sourced locally, prepared skilfully and presented beautifully. With only twelve covers in the small, cosy dining room with a separate bar area you're always sure to get a special welcome and full attention of the husband and wife team.
