I had supper at The White House last night; the best fish and chips I have had anywhere and the staff were charming and helpful.

In all fairness I thought the chips were not as I expected. Some were undercooked and some were burnt. The fish, I do agree, was splendid and my friend and I prefer sea pebbles chips, but they had The White House chips and pickled eggs. If the chips were to improve they would be the best in town, may be mine were just a one off.
