Disgruntled (15 October 2008)

We visited this pub after going to Go Ape. The food was quite nice, but took over an hour to come, even after they said we'd receive our food within twenty minutes of ordering. The locals managed to jump to the head of the rather long queue, and get hot food served within twenty minutes, while we had only ordered sandwiches. There was no apology, and when we asked to see the manager she took another twenty minutes to come out. The lady was extremely rude, seems she was not interested in us at all because we were not locals.
