Wild Cherry is a vegetarian restaurant run by a group of Buddhist women and forms part of the local London Buddhist Centre. The restaurant aims to promote vegetarianism by providing good quality food at affordable prices and those who have tried it certainly seem to agree that the food is pretty good. This is more of a lunchtime spot as it closes at 7 in the evening but dishes such as quiche, polenta pie with roasted vegetable, or spaghetti with creamy pea, mushroom and fresh mint sauce certainly make a change from sandwiches for not much more money.Vegetarian

It's always busy around Saturday brunch time and this morning was no exception. We both had the all day breakfast for 6.25. The scrambled eggs were only good this time, instead of heavenly, but the sausages were particularly tasty and the mushrooms were worthy of a hobbit. It's a shame Wild Cherry's opening hours aren't more extensive or I would go more often.

This is a truly lovely place to eat. The beautiful vegetarian food is cooked to perfection. It has great value for money, with a really nice choice of different dishes. The salads are tasty, especially the one laced with coconut. I could eat there every day. Well done for getting it right for life long vegetarians.
