Old fashioned tea with home made cakes and sandwiches served Sunday afternoons throughout the summer in Wimborne St Giles village hall. Each tea is arranged by local people in support of various charities and the event has become very popular. Before or after tea take a gentle stroll around this lovely village.

This is a wonderful place to spend a Sunday afternoon. I've been there on several occasions and each time enjoyed some nice tea sandwiches, a lovely selection of homemade cakes and coffee or tea. It hasn't mattered which charity was serving on the day, each was exceptional in taste and freshness. The prices are surprisingly low for such a treat and no extra charge for the walk around the village and a visit to the church. Do go.
