Very nice idea; service was certainly decent, but it was on a week day. The Cesar salad was a bit 'scant' and the parmesan cheese was 'ala Kraft in a can' which was too salty. The salmon was cooked very nicely - not dried out. I also appreciated the veggies accompanying. The Mediterranean pasta was also adequately cooked - al dente. I usually prefer dark meat chicken but the chicken breast was cooked in sufficient fat to make it taste like dark meat. I believe there was also a 'touch' of butter salted on the salmon and veggies. The potatoes were also very tasty. If you are a person who has a salt shaker on your table, this is certainly the place for you. I have little issue other than that. Everything was heated, cooked, broiled, etc. to perfection.
