Chris and Sharon Noble warmly welcome guests into the beautifully styled Windmill Restaurant, located in an old English cottage in the small market town of Burgh Le Marsh. The smart refuge is surrounded by well-tendered gardens and overlooks a huge windmill, one of Lincolnshire's most famous landmarks.

The contemporary interior has been done up with the finest attention to detail, and seats up to fifty guests in comfort. With over twenty years of experience in the restaurant business, the Nobles offer a fine menu of British and international cuisine. The menu is complemented by daily specials and a carefully selected wine list.

Starters might offer a homemade chicken and brandy pâté with red onion chutney, or Thai fishcakes with a chilli dipping sauce. From the main courses, the 6oz fillet steak medallions with wilted spinach topped with a Roquefort butter and port sauce is an absolute treat, as is the duo of seared scallops and steamed salmon drizzled with garlic butter and served with salad leaves and hand-cut chips.
