Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The atmosphere was very flat with extremely dark lighting and the food was acceptable if perhaps a little over priced. The members of staff, though polite, we found them to be abrupt and uninterested. We were a table of four and none of us feel we would return.

Our family group of eight, with ages ranging from eighteen to eighty-nine had a fantastic evening and a memorable meal. It was my wife's fiftieth birthday and we couldn't have been happier. The quality of every dish met or exceeded our expectations. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or professional. I completely disagree with the previous reviewer - the filet au poivre was exemplary and the thick cut chips amongst the best we've ever had. Windsor Grill catered admirably for those who weren't into red meat, with delectable chicken and generous and beautifully cooked sea bass. This is a first rate addition to the Windsor dining scene, being at once unpretentious but also world class. This place is highly recommended by a foodie family who have eaten at some of the best restaurants around the world.
