The Wing Wah group of Chinese restaurants is owned and run by master chefs from some of the prestigious restaurants in London. The menu is a parade of dishes with nothing that is alarmingly unfamiliar, so kick off with starters of Peking style spare ribs, sesame prawn on toast, crispy seaweed and hot and sour soup. A wide range of main courses encompass pan-fried fish fillet with fresh mango sauce, Chinese roasted pork with honey and mixed seafood laksa. Take your pick from a collection of delicious dim sums - glutinous rice in lotus leaf, rainbow ox honeycomb and chicken's claw in black bean sauce amongst others.
