Your Reviews of Woodhouse, The
Mrs Hill (28 March 2008)
After hearing good reports from friends about The Woodhouse, my partner and I decided to try it out for my birthday. After visiting on a regular basis the other restaurants in the area I had high expectations. I was not disspointed as we were given exceptional service throughout an extremely busy Saturday evening.
The food was even more exceptional and my partner and I were blown away with the unique dishes. It it not difficult to see why The Woodhouse won an award for Best Neighbourhood Restaurant as it certainly offers a dining experience that would be difficult to compete with. If you have not tried The Woodhouse, it is definitely worth a visit.

Wow! This place is an absolute gem. We just went for a birthday lunch and were completely impressed by the whole experience. The food was sublime - my bream with chorizo mash was delicious. The service was great and the staff were fantastic with our children - the chef even knocked up something off menu for them. It was really good value too - I would have expected to pay much more for that quality of meal. We'll definitely be going back again.
