A meal here could consist of keta caviar and herb salad, butterbean soup or roasted pigeon breast along with Loomswood farm duck breast with dauphinoise potatoes, pan fried fillet of bream or slow cooked lamb rump, shoulder and chorizo pithivier for mains. Line caught sea bass, peas a la française and a mussel and saffron chowder is the establishment's signature dish. And finally for dessert, port soaked apricot crème brûlée or hazelnut and muscavado tart with ginger biscuit ice cream. Ask for a glass of white or red wine, sparklers or champagne to complete the selection.
