'Yum cha' is a Cantonese expression meaning 'meeting up to have a light snack', referring to the Chinese habit of getting together in a restaurant to enjoy dim sum with tea.

The wide range of dim sums served here includes honey roast pork bun, steamed broccoli in garlic sauce, Shanghai siew long bun, chicken feet in black bean sauce, lotus leaf rice and prawn cheung fun, fried squid cake, crispy prawn roll and spare ribs in Mandarin sauce.
