Zen Sai Description
Singapore Sling is a stunning restaurant featuring teak clad walls, water features, Balinese screens and traditional hand-carved wall hangings. Singapore Sling is really like stepping out for a night in Singapore...except there's no need for a 15 hour flight with a two hour stop over in Dubai!
The decor strikes you immediately, authentic Asian furniture with great lighting. The staff are tremendous, always a friendly smile and very attentive (without being too much so), while the Malaysian/Chinese cuisine at Singapore Sling includes classic dishes of the Asian roadside hawker, noodle dishes and meat and seafood specialities.
The dining room is split over two levels, with the upper dining room available for private hire. On the mezzanine level lies the teak-topped bar serving contemporary and classic cocktails including the eponymous Singapore Sling, beers from the Orient, sakes and wines.

Zen Sai is a far superior replacement to Singapore Sling; it’s lively, funky and features fantastic cocktails. They serve tasty, traditional pan Asian cuisine and the members of staff are extremely friendly and well versed. The food and service is spot on and to watch and taste the bartender’s creations is a real treat. I’ll be back soon.
